Elevate Hope Housing provides safe, dignified transitional housing for adults in the Tampa Bay area. We partner with social workers, case managers, and nonprofit agencies to make sure every client walks through the right door.
"A stable home is not the end of the journey — it's where the real journey begins."
We serve adults who are capable of living independently — no 24/7 medical care required. All of our homes are fully furnished and all-inclusive, complete with home amenities so residents can focus on rebuilding their lives, not worrying about necessities. We maintain clear house rules that ensure everyone's safety and mutual respect — making shared living easier and more comfortable for all. Our goal is to create a family atmosphere where every resident feels encouraged, supported, and at home during their stay.
Safe, respectful housing for veterans navigating the transition out of military service or facing housing instability in Tampa.
Independent seniors who need affordable, comfortable housing in a safe community setting without the cost of assisted living.
Adults leaving shelters or crisis housing who need a bridge to stable, long-term living while reestablishing their footing.
Employed individuals and those completing re-entry programs who need affordable, stable housing while rebuilding their independence.
In four easy steps... we keep the process straightforward so social workers and case managers can focus on their clients, not on paperwork.
Call, email, or fill out our online form. Tell us about your client's needs.
We confirm the client can live independently and that rental assistance is covered — through the program or the client.
We match the client to an available home and ensure they are the right fit within each house — safe, comfortable, and ready to move in.
Your client settles into a stable home and we stay in communication weekly with your agency throughout their placement.
Social workers need a housing provider they can refer with confidence — not just once, but every time. Here's exactly what we bring to that relationship.
Every person we house is someone in the middle of a hard chapter. We approach each placement with empathy, patience, and real human care. Our residents aren't case numbers — they're people working toward stability, and we treat them that way.
When you reach out with a referral, you will hear back from us within 24 hours. No voicemail black holes. No waiting a week. We know housing situations are urgent and we act accordingly.
Before any client walks through a door, the home is inspected, cleaned, and confirmed safe. We do not place people in homes we would not be comfortable in ourselves. Your clients deserve real homes — and that's what we provide.
When you call Elevate Hope Housing, you're talking to us directly. There's no call center, no middle layer or middle person. You have direct access to the decision-maker from day one.
Referring a client doesn't mean losing visibility on them. Every week we keep open communication with your agency throughout a resident's placement so you always know where things stand and can focus your energy where it's most needed.
We do not charge agencies or case managers a referral fee. The only cost is for rental assistance for the client's placement, covered by their program funding. We remove barriers — we don't create new ones.
Our 3–4 bedroom homes comfortably house up to 2 adults per room, giving us the capacity to respond to your caseload. We're not a one-bed-one-client bottleneck — we're built to serve multiple placements at once.
We're not a national chain. We live and operate in Tampa — which means our residents stay connected to local jobs, transportation, services, and community. Proximity matters when someone is rebuilding their life.
When a person has a safe place to sleep, they can focus on employment, health, and rebuilding relationships. That's not just a housing outcome — that's a life outcome. And we take that seriously.
